Project: 50 South Main'

Include

  • Context in one or two sentences: client, type of shoot, date, and the goal. What was the images' job (launch a product, refresh a brand, support a campaign)?

  • Your exact role: if you produced it, say so, and say what you owned: concept, budget, scheduling, hiring talent, location, client communication, delivery. Credit the team, but be clear about your part.

  • Scope and scale: crew size, number of locations, shoot days, number of final images, and a budget range if you can share it. These show the level you operate at.

  • Process: how you planned it, the timeline from kickoff to delivery, and how you managed approvals and stakeholders.

  • One challenge and how you solved it: weather, a schedule change, a tight budget, a difficult location. Employers remember this more than a list of logistics.

  • Results: where the images were used and any measurable outcome, such as engagement, sales, reuse across channels, or client feedback and repeat business.

  • The visuals: a few of the strongest final images, plus a behind-the-scenes shot, mood board, or shot list if it shows your planning.
